WELCOME

This web site is intended to provide the Forum panelists a central location to view introductory and background information in preparation of discussion. Our expectation is that the time will be focused on substance in order to achieve the objectives. The public is welcome to review all of the materials.

Note to the public: We have invited a diverse group of regional stakeholder organizations to observe. There is additional, but very limited, public seating available on a first come first served basis. If you would like to attend, please contact Beth Stanfield at bstanfield@grta.org.
