SECAP
is the acronym for the State Employees Commuter Assistance
Program. The goal of SECAP is to assist state employees in
finding an alternative, easier way to commute to and from work
outside of commuting alone, in individual vehicles. This can
be accomplished through vanpooling, carpooling, public transit and
other means. In so doing, SECAP aims to aid in efforts to
clean up the environment, reduce traffic and fuel consumption.
