When you call, please tell the agent which route you were on and what time you were traveling, as well as providing a detailed description of the item you lost. The operator will let you know if we have recovered your item and where you can pick it up.  While Xpress cannot be responsible for items left on the coaches, we will do our best to retrieve items left on the coaches. Suspicious packages and bags may be subjected to police examination.
